How to Prepare:

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tblsp butter,
  • High heat vegetable oil,
  • Three-fourth teaspoon onion powder,
  • Sea salt,
  • Four stems spring onions,
  • And two chopped garlic cups.

Make sure you use a food processor for the process of blending all ingredients before you place the mixture into the food processor.

Use a rubber knife to scrape out chunks of garlic that may remain after you have thoroughly blended all ingredients. Then add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

Directions:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Add the roasted garlic-wilted spinach and let simmer for approximately twenty minutes or until softened.
  • When the spinach is soft, squeeze in three-quarters of the reserved onion juice and then add the rest of the seasonings.
  • Place in the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees and continue to cook until the vegetables are soft and completely cooked.
